Hey, I’m Alisha, a personal trainer and online coach passionate about helping people feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in their own skin. I started with Alisha around Christmas time as I have been going to the gym for a couple of years now but found I had hit a plateau. She has helped to keep me motivated as well as further improve my knowledge of not only the gym but nutrition as this was an area I struggled in.

After losing weight I wanted to build my glutes and I'm so glad I started training with Alisha! Your first session is all about setting up for success. We’ll assess where you are now, discuss your goals, and agree a plan that fits your lifestyle — so you know exactly what you’re aiming for and how we’ll get there.
Great question. Some changes — like more energy, better mood or improved strength — often show up within a few weeks. Visible shifts in body shape usually take consistent effort with your workouts + nutrition over a number of weeks.
Not at all. Whether you’re completely new to training or you’ve used a gym before, the programme will be tailored for your level. Proper form, modifications and support are built in so you feel confident every step of the way.
Each programme gives you complete workouts, exercise demo videos, daily/weekly tasks, and meal-ideas/recipes. Essentially: everything you need to train effectively from wherever you are, under your schedule.
The programmes are designed with a 5-day workout week for optimal results. But life happens! If you miss a day, don’t worry — simply pick back up and stay consistent. It’s the long game that counts.
Absolutely. The programmes and coaching are built to work around busy lives — tailored so you can fit training, recovery and good habits into your weekly routine without it taking over your whole life.
